Selected Printmaking 2019 - 2022

This series brings together engravings produced through different printmaking techniques, unified by a shared concern with displacement, repetition, and memory. Figures, flowers, and suspended bodies appear fragmented or multiplied, as if caught between departure and permanence.

The act of printing—pressing, transferring, repeating—becomes a metaphor for migration itself: images return altered, partially erased, or misaligned. What remains is not a narrative of arrival, but traces of movement, loss, and persistence.

Across these works, identity is not fixed but impressed through pressure and absence, revealing how personal and collective histories endure through repetition rather than resolution.
